Online booking must be requested 14 days in advance. Final price will be quoted in store when we are able to view the size of the dog and condition of the coat. 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all booking or a cancellation fee will apply. N/s for an appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Aggressive Dogs cannot be accepted for Grooming. We cannot groom dogs with fleas We cannot groom Bitches in season. We cannot groom dogs with Kennel Cough.

SEVERLY MATTED DOGS WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL £20 per dog. MATTING CAUSES SEVERE DISTRESS TO AN ANIMAL : PLEASE CONFIRM THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE GROOMER WILL MAKE THE FINAL DECISION ON WHETHER THE COAT MUST BE CLIPPED OFF
